Font Size » Large | SmallChristopher J. Hansler became the new regionally appointed member for Pacific Region to the national board of directors of Open Bible Churches, effective November 15, 2018. He assumed that role after Monte LeLaCheur completed his two-term maximum as Pacific’s RAM. A graduate of Eugene Bible College, Chris has served as a youth pastor and church planter, having launched Celebration Center in Puyallup, Washington. He directs the live-streaming Discover Ministry School and leads Pacific Region’s church planting ministry in partnership with Discover Planting Network, which he founded and directs. Open Bible President Randall Bach said, “A church planting pastor, Chris now pursues a passion to network with and resource church planters and prospective church planters. Additionally, he directs the innovative Discover Ministry School in Pacific Region that is introducing a fresh paradigm for developing church leaders and ministry leader prospects. Chris is a bright, reflective, and innovative leader whose voice will add value to the national board.” Chris and his wife, Lisa, live in Graham, Washington, and have three adult children: Robert, John, and Annie.
