Font Size » Large | SmallDr. David Cole has been named Dean of the Jack W. Hayford School of Graduate Studies at The King’s University. Cole is in his third year at TKU, having served as a vice president since moving to the school’s Southlake, Texas, main campus from Saskatchewan, Canada, where David and his wife, Julie, had been serving at Briercrest College and Seminary. The Coles have been serving in credentialed ministry with Open Bible Churches in various capacities since 1984, including 17 years at Eugene Bible College (now New Hope Christian College). David transitioned to his new role at TKU in October of 2016. He oversees the school’s Doctor of Ministry program as well as their Master of Divinity, Master of Practical Theology, and Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degrees. He also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in theology and church history. The King’s University was founded in 1997 by Jack Hayford, who served as its first president and continues to serve as Chancellor. The main campus was located at The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California, until 2013, when it was moved to Southlake, Texas.
